Creations' Customer Satisfaction Philosophy and Return Policy
Creations honors returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the same form of currency in which the item was originally purchased. A receipt is required for all returns. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
Defective products, or products damaged during shipping will be replaced at our expense. If the product is no longer available, the customer will receive a refund. Products purchased on our website may either be returned to our store in Madison, CT, or shipped back to us. Returns to be shipped require prior authorization from us via email or telephone. Except for defective and/or damaged items, return shipping must be prepaid at the customer's expense.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time purchase in the shopping cart.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 203-245-0164 or by email.
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and may cause the shipping carrier to be unable to deliver your package.
You may expedite the shipping of your order for an additional charge, please inquire via phone or email.
Our normal carrier is USPS and the normal service used is Priority mail. The time in transit ranges from 1-5 business days depending on the proximity of the addressee from the shipping location.
Orders to be shipped outside the 50 United States are not accepted at this time. Orders to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will require additional cost, please inquire via phone or email.
